On May 28, 2011, Albion held its annual award ceremony to honour its outstanding employees. The ceremony started with an Interactive session on Self Motivation by Mr. T Ashok (Executive Director as International Business)
The awards were presented by Mr. Sanjeev Gupta (Managing Director), Mr. T Ashok (Executive Director as International Business) and Mr. D Vasudevan (Executive Director as Consulting Services & Chairman, Reward Committee)
The “Best Operation Head of YTD” was presented to Mr. Shashi Ranjan Gupta, DGM Finance, who has been a part of Albion since 9 years. Other recipients of the award were Ms. Garima Jain (Executive Analyst), Mr. Shashikesh Kumar (Production), Ms. Nisha Jacob (Admin), Mr. Arunodaya Prakash (IT), Mr. Ankit Srivastava (Accounts), Ms. Sakshi Thakur (Sales) and Mr. Jitendra Gupta (Production). These employees were selected based on their performance by a Reward Committee which consists of representatives from various verticals of the company.
