Mr. Sanjeev Gupta has done Masters in Science from Agra University was borne and brought up in a family having rich Business Background. Mr. Sanjeev Gupta after education has worked in the IT industry before actually starting IT business. Today he has got approx 15 years of working experience providing business solutions to various Govt. and Large Enterprise Corporate.

Mrs. Rekha Gupta

Director – Operations

Mrs. Rekha Gupta is Graduate in Arts having working experience in IT as well other Industry at different levels.

Mr. Sanjeev Gupta and Mrs. Rekha Gupta were appointed as first director of the company, and they are looking after the company’s business since beginning. They are managing the direct business growth and areas like Marketing, Procurement, Interaction with Principles and institutional sales.

He is a practicing Chartered Account having experience of more than 30 years. He advises the company on financial matters. The firm was founded by Mr. Ashok Maheshwari, a seasoned Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant with sound legal knowledge and business acumen. He has been actively involved with numerous companies from the past 30 years assisting them in various aspects related to Company Law matters, Company Audits, Internal Audits, Due Diligence, Direct Taxation, Indirect Taxation,, Advisory on Investing in India, Corporate Financial Consultancy and many more.

Mr.Tribhuvan Ashok

International Business Advisor

He is a retired Indian Foreign Service Officer with more then 30 years of experience of international work and contacts. In his distinguished career ,he headed the post of the Consulate General of India, Birgunj, Nepal. He had also served in the Embassy of India, Brussels (Belgium) as Counselor/Minister in charge of the European Parliament work. In the Indian Embassy, Dublin,(Ireland), he was second in command & overlooked the full spectrum of work with a focus on improving & promoting the Indian Software, IT & ITES companies in Ireland.

He had also served in Delhi for three years as Director (Haj) to super wise functioning of the Central Haj Committee. During his tenure, computerization of the Committee was successfully undertaken. In the High Commission of India, Ottawa (Canada),He was member of Prestigious Press Club of Ottawa. He was First Secretary in the Embassy of India, Antananarivo, (Madagascar) He had also served as Second Secretary in the Embassy of India, Tehran; Vice Consul in Kobe, (Japan) & Attaché in Nigeria and gained rich experience promoting Trade & Commerce of India in these countries. In Delhi, He also worked as OSD in the Gulf Division of the Ministry of External Affairs & was closely involved in making policies of GOI to develop & promote Trade & Commerce in the Gulf region. He has excellent knowledge of developing & promoting of Trade& Commerce including Indian Soft wares, IT & ITES companies in Asia, Gulf ,Africa, Europe & North America.
